How does AI ‘fit’ into the current legal mechanisms for workers’ rights and protections, in particular a Danish flexicurity setting ? Risks to the legal framework for labour and employment relations may challenge the equality of the individual as well as inequality in overall society.

A literature review on AI at work will give new information on challenges to the underlying legal framework under 5 topics:

  • new business models,
  • health and safety,
  • reproduction of bias,
  • unlawful data processing, and
  • enforcement mechanisms.

The results benefit labour law actors and form the foundation for a research application on AI@work
