IPS and labour market integration of individuals with active substance use in Denmark

The project maps IPS (Individually Planned job or education with Support) iterations in Denmark, and examines the implementation of the concept of IPS particularly for citizens with problematic substance use in the Danish context.  Through qualitative interviews with practitioners and enrolled citizens, we focus on what are considered to be the benefits and drawbacks of the concept for substance using citizens and the professionals working with them.
